What to consider when buying clothes rails

Almost all clothing shops use clothes rails one way or another. Whether you intend on using them for display purposes, storage or transportation it’s important to consider a couple of things. If it’s for display purposes then firstly you need to make sure the rail is big enough to fit everything on, secondly you need to make sure there’s enough space on the rail for customers to browse through your products with ease. There’s nothing worse than a clothes rail with too much on it preventing the hangers from gliding easily. A packed clothes rail with no room to maneuverer will simply put customers off, resulting in fewer, if not no sales. On the flip side, though, you don’t want big gaps in between each item. This could lead people to believe your stock levels are low.

It’s also important to consider the weight of the clothing you’re wanting to hang up. Coats and jackets are considerably heavier than t-shirts or pants, therefore you’ll need a heavy duty clothes rail that’s durable and prevents toppling.
